Experience:

• At least 3 years

• Graduate in any discipline/Relevant degree on Photography will be considered an advantage

• At least 3 years

• At least 3 years’ relevant work experience (both shooting and editing)

• Apparel and event photography experience

• Knowledge of high-end fashion retouching will be considered an added advantage

• Strong command over photo editing software such as Photoshop, Camera Raw, Illustrator, Light Room and Canva

• Must be proficient in High-End Photo retouching (Product), Color Correction, Masking, Shadow, Background removal, Background Design etc

• Should have creative eye and artistic ability

• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team

• Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic

• Strong presentation and delivery skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection

• Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English

• IT proficiency - advanced level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)

• Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently

• Ability to multitask and remain organized, meet deadlines

Job Context

• The Junior Executive is accountable for supporting in the process of managing and executing the photography needs for the organization by defining subjects, arranging the fashion products, sourcing props for shoots, setting up locations, and the overall direction of the project which highlights the best qualities of our product through digital imagery. After the shoot the incumbent will be responsible to print or digitally manipulate the pictures to achieve the best outcome/representation for the brand.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for capturing high quality event content (indoors & outdoors), inside or outside Dhaka city

• Play a key role in assisting to shape the visual storyline of content touchpoints while assisting to maintain the brand’s digital asset library

• Coordinate all activities and materials supporting each photography shoot project

• Work with clearly detailed content briefs provided, as well as creating content briefs

• Organize the photography studio, source props that will enhance the product, follow company guidelines and client specifications

• Assemble and disassemble lights, tripods, and props

• Ensure that the resolution of images, colour mode, and size of the file for Implementation is correct

• Understand fashions, style and fabrics and how to shoot them

• Liaise with concerned departments and receive the fashion products

• Ensure the products are returned to concern departments after the shoot

• Research the fashion products to understand how best to photograph it

• Arrange fashion products and take photographs in various creative ways at our in-house studio

• Capture/produce unique, creative and artistic fashion photo concepts that will entice customers

• Edit images/photographs to match the client`s brand and submit to concerned departments within deadlines

• Ensure all photographs are ready for use - this includes transparent backgrounds, removal of shadows, spots and reflections, color corrections where required

• Try creative ideas and work with the team to brainstorm innovation and new concepts

• Ensure proper archiving of all digital photography in an organized manner for future reference

• Keep up to date with photography trends and the latest image/photo editing software to ensure we are at the forefront of content
