Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure timely Data Entry in the Accounting Software.
∎ Preparing, Maintaining and Entering Bank related transactions.
∎ Ensure all kinds of voucher.
∎ Ensure Bank Reconciliation.
∎ Maintain petty cash, receipts and Payment Vouchers, Cash Book, Ledger and different register to Finance and Accounts.
∎ Post and process Data and Journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
∎ Preparing company financial statement. (P/L, Balance Sheet)
∎ Prepare periodic cash forecast, loan position, fund position.
∎ Having knowledge in various facilities of Bank in related to Letter of credit.
∎ Have a vast knowledge in TAX & VAT and Treasury with govt. policies.
∎ Update database of all bank guarantees issued and received on regular basis.
∎ To ensure that all sorts of requisition, delivery challan, bill, voucher etc. are being checked and verified in the prescribed manner.
∎ Prepare regular payments after deducting applicable Tax & VAT and ensure compliance with policies.
∎ Ensure timely deposit of cheques/PO, etc. from customers into banks, timely recording in accounts.
∎ Communicate payment advice with banks and reconcile payments between bank statement and general ledger.
∎ Ensure timely payments of loan installments and interests charged by the lenders.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The incumbent should have thorough knowledge in Banking, Credit policies, Documentations and Sound Knowledge of applicable laws (VAT laws and Taxes rules), code and regulations
∎ Has to be sound in external communication preferably in English, needs to know excel
∎ Computer literacy is must especially in Advance Excel & PPT
∎ Proficiency in TALLY/ ERP is must
