Job Responsibilities:
∎ * Allocate riders to a specific zone for better delivery.
∎ * Plan for Delivery Route for each rider.
∎ * Check for EMI issues.
∎ * Maintain vehicle-related issues.
∎ * Continuous Customer/Rider/Associate communication.
∎ * Cleaning the Report (Aging/Backlog).
∎ * Monitor the Hub Dashboard for smooth delivery.
∎ Work with different operational software to run the operational process.
∎ • Coordinate with different stakeholders internally and externally to ensure a smooth flow of operation.
∎ • Prepare different types of operational reports for following up on the operational work.
∎ • Deal with complex operational issues and have to mitigate those issues.
∎ • Managing Operators & Issue resolution.

∎ Age 20 to 30 years
