∎ Providing information about products and services
∎ Processing orders and transactions.
∎ Managing customers orders
∎ Handling customers' complaints
∎ Communicating with customers with various channels
∎ Collecting customers feedback
∎ Attending meetings with the team Lead
∎ Following companies policies and procedures. Any other tasks assigned by the management
∎ Answering customer queries
∎ Providing information about products and services
