∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE, Mechanical Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Excellent communication skill, Maintenance of Elevators and Escalators

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Escalator/Elevator/Lift

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and submit maintenance proposal ahead of renewal date
∎ Follow up with the customers and conclude the maintenance contract.
∎ Raise invoice as per the terms of the maintenance contract and submit to the customer on time.
∎ Follow up and collect payments.
∎ Timely review of the problem areas with the department head and initiate necessary action.
∎ Receive modernization enquiry and co-ordinate with maintenance department for survey and estimate. Advise suitable recommendation to the client.
∎ Submit the modernization estimate to the prospective customer and follow up.
∎ Conclude repair / modernization contract and advise Maintenance Department for ordering required spare parts and carrying out the modernization work as per contract.
∎ Monitor the work progress related to repair / modernization in coordination with Maintenance Dept., and periodically discuss with HOD.
∎ Communicate to customers complaints cell as and when any complaint received from the customers.
∎ Periodically update HOD regarding the receivables and backlog of renewals and take necessary action.
∎ Establishing effective co-ordination between Service Sales Dept and Maintenance Dept.
∎ Maintain customer relationship.
∎ Meet, follow up and generate enquiry with customers for revival of maintenance contracts.
∎ Convert foreign brand elevators to our portfolio as per the internal procedure.
∎ Any other task assigned by HO/Management.

∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Maintenance and after sales service.
