- Fellowship of the College of Physicians and Surgeons (FCPS)

FCPS/MD in the relevant specialty with more than 2-3 years of experience in a reputed hospital lab/diagnostic center
Additional or advanced training in Laboratory Medicine will be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities:
To supervise the routine and complex laboratory tests, including Biochemistry, Immunology, Serology, Hematology, Clinical Pathology samples.
Collaborating with consultants and physicians for accurate diagnosis and reporting
Ensure test accuracy, quality control procedures and participation in quality assurance
Maintain proper calibration with technical team and maintenance of laboratory equipment
Supporting staff training and mentoring junior professionals
Perform any other tasks assigned by management
