• Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability.
• Familiar with mobile apps and digital tools (PalmPay Business App experience is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and manage a large partner network efficiently.

Responsibilities & Context:

Job Description: BP Support Representative

The BP Support Representative will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with Brand Promoters (BPs), ensuring smooth operational support, and promoting PalmPay’s products and services at the retail level. This role focuses on managing active and inactive shops, resolving BP-related issues promptly, and driving overall engagement and sales performance within assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain relationships with 300 BPs.

• Provide instant BP support for issues such as account login, PalmPay Business App problems (face detection, document upload, etc.).

• Handle new BP account creation.

• Manage BP account transfers from one shop to another.

• Oversee BP training and management.

• Manage communication groups such as WhatsApp and WeChat.

• Work with zero-sales shops.

• Engage with silent and inactive shops.
