Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee overall financial and accounting function of the Company.
∎ Verify daily accounting transactions against postings made into the system.
∎ Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions including credit term policy, aging monitoring, provision and etc.
∎ Monitor and analyze Cash-flows.
∎ Responsible for submission of monthly closing accounts on timely manner.
∎ Responsible for annual audit and tax matters.
∎ Liaise with banks, Company secretaries, tax agent, external auditor, government authorities, and professional advisors on Company related matters.
∎ Liaise with Malaysia office for business and corporate matter
∎ Manage spending and ensure in line with corporate budget.
∎ Supervise Accounts department.
∎ Evaluate and monitor effectiveness of internal control system to ensure compliance with the corporate policies.
∎ Ensure the company's operating activities are strictly complied with applicable laws, regulation accreditation standards and company business ethical standards.
∎ Establish and enforce proper accounting policies, procedures and methods
∎ Carry out ad-hoc assignments as and when requested.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years' working experience in accounting field.
∎ Prior working experience in audit/taxation firm will be an added advantage.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in English.
∎ Problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking.
∎ Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
∎ Attention to detail and analytically drive.
∎ Able to multi-tasked and cope with pressure.
