Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize Warehouse Management works, such as: inbound, outbound, bin-check, GR-check, inventory transfer, scrap application.
∎ Complete inventory booking in the ERP system
∎ Keep all Ledger and Voucher Up-to-date
∎ Perform periodic stocktaking
∎ Daily/ Weekly /Monthly Exception & Aging Reports
∎ All LC related works (Communicate with Supplier, Bank, CNF Agent, Forwarder and Other Related Party)
∎ VAT related work such as, maintaining Purchase Register (6.1), Sales Register (6.2), Input output coefficient (4.3) and Online Return Submission (9.1).
∎ Have ability to write reply letter for query from VAT office, TAX office, BIDA and other related Govt. Office.
∎ Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 19 to 24 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Bachelor degree or above, accounting or other relevant major from Private University are preferred.
∎ Experience in warehouse management will added advantage. Fresher’s are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Familiar with the logistics business procedure, including warehouse management, logistics controlling, importing & exporting.
∎ A strong communicator/interpersonal skills. Oral and written English is preferred.
∎ Analytical with problem solving skills.
∎ A good team player.
Salary:
