Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning & preparing maintenance schedule for all machines to ensure smooth operation of the machines.
∎ Ensuring proper scheduling for inspecting, testing & replacing accessories of pump, compressor, generator, ancillary equipment & other machinery.
∎ Supervising preventive & breakdown maintenance and troubleshoot the machinery involved in the production.
∎ Assembling & installing machines or equipment as and when required.
∎ Evaluates mechanical and electromechanical systems and products by designing and conducting research programs; applying principles of mechanics, thermodynamics, hydraulics, heat transfer, and materials.
∎ Confirms system and product capabilities by designing feasibility and testing methods; testing properties.
∎ Develops mechanical and electromechanical products by studying customer requirements; researching and testing manufacturing and assembly methods and materials; soliciting observations from operators.
∎ Ensuring proper mechanical maintenance of all equipment & machines at the plant.
∎ Preparing & maintaining proper documentation for daily, weekly & monthly maintenance reports for all machines.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Improve efficiency of machine.
∎ To organize and prepare factories for facing different audits on maintenance & Utility.
∎ Any Other task assign by Authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Experience in Textile/Garments section will be given preference.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Excellent in inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Knowledge on organizational culture change management, diversity, inclusion gender sensitivity.
∎ Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships across the organization.
