Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for total Groups Civil construction planning, supervision of work, monitoring and maintaining the quality and cost control.
∎ Responsible for Making Daily civil work plan according to plant requirement & Meeting daily breakdowns.
∎ Have to face any type of Structural audit of COMPLIANCE.
∎ To lead / provide guidance to the members of Civil Engineering Section and officers of Admin & Development who are entrusted with the logistic and administrative support to the factories within the area.
∎ Preparing all engineering drawings and assist to make all design calculations.
∎ Must have knowledge to handle Auto CAD software. Drafters draw up blueprints and plans for the construction like using computer-aided drafting (CAD) software. Familiarity with CAD/CAM equipment.
∎ Ro plan and schedule project timeline.
∎ Responsible for project budgeting, resource utilization and materials allocation for construction sites.
∎ To work according to the schedule given by the management.
∎ Knowledge of principles, practices and techniques of surveying, civil engineering, construction and engineering inspections.
∎ Planning of Daily/Weekly/Monthly progress reports, Coordination & Monitoring the progress and taking action plan depending upon the needs.
∎ Continue good communication with administration, follow-up and coordination with management by giving proper service to the company.
∎ Helping the Supply Chain Division to select technically sound contractors as and when required.
∎ Maintain development status reports.
∎ Any other responsibility as and when assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Experience in Textile/Garments section will be given preference.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Excellent in inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Knowledge on organizational culture change management, diversity, inclusion gender sensitivity.
∎ Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships across the organization.
