∎ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Multimedia, or a related field.

∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
∎ Photography/Videography Expertise: Familiarity with equipment and techniques is advantageous.
∎ Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects effectively under deadlines.
∎ Social Media Proficiency: Experience with content creation and analytics tools.
∎ Event Management Experience: Prior involvement in event planning or organization is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create engaging designs for print and digital media, including brochures, posters, banners, and promotional materials.
∎ Develop creative assets in alignment with branding guidelines for campaigns and events.
∎ Edit high-quality videos for marketing, social media, and event promotion.
∎ Enhance video content with animations, transitions, and sound effects.
∎ Assist in capturing professional photos and videos during events or campaigns.
∎ Edit and optimize visual content for multiple platforms.
∎ Design event materials such as invitations, signage, and presentations.
∎ Collaborate with the event management team to ensure consistency in branding across events.
∎ Develop and manage engaging content for social media platforms.
∎ Monitor and respond to audience engagement while maintaining the brand’s tone and voice.
∎ Effectively communicate ideas and concepts to team members and stakeholders.
∎ Maintain professional relationships with clients and external partners.
∎ Be prepared to travel from Dhaka to divisions across the country for organizational events.
∎ Provide creative input during the planning and execution of campaigns and events.
