∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ • Experience in Inventory/ Warehouse/ Store Management in Furniture Industry.
∎ • Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases.
∎ • Willing to work under pressure & extensive working hours
∎

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Implement Strategies, Policies, SOPs, etc. for the Warehouse of Raw materials, spares, etc.
∎ • Management and control of Inventories (Generate daily, monthly, quarterly, inventory reports, In/Out status reports, dead stock reports, goods aging reports, consumption reports to the concerned authority, material forecasting, maintain LIFO, FIFO & BIN Card, etc).
∎ • Ensuring all reception and issuance of materials are properly posted and documented as well.
∎ • Maintain proper communication with all concerned Departments, Sections (SCM/ Procurement, Production, and Commercial, etc.) regarding in-house materials and the balance quantity of those materials.
∎ • Preparing GRN & PR (Local & Import) and all related warehouse documents.
∎ • Create ERP requisition of all kinds of Raw Materials and equipment to meet smooth production and Operation.
∎ • Ensure proper implement of 5'S & Kaizen culture in all Warehouses.
∎ • Maintain warehouse register & prepare stock reports on regular basis.
∎ • Responsible for quality checking/inspection of received materials.
∎ • Ensure warehouse housekeeping and workplace safety.
