Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Good communication skills, Microsoft word and excel, Must have good typing speed (Both Bangla English).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answering customer quarries
∎ Office database management
∎ Customer relationship management
∎ Attending weekly meetings with the team lead
∎ Following office guidelines and reporting
∎ Working Hours: 10.00 AM - 6.00 PM
∎ Workings Days: Saturday-Thursday.
∎ Probation Period: 6 Months.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good typing speed in English and Bengali (Minimum: 25 WPM)
∎ Good skills in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint
∎ Good knowledge of e-commerce
∎ Language fluency in Bengali and English
∎ Corporate and social manner
