Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree in BCOM/ Business/ Accounting/ Finance/ or Related field
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare all sorts of vouchers for all transactions with proper supporting documents.
∎ Maintain general ledger, cash & check book, advance register and petty cash.
∎ Must have experience on cash handling issues.
∎ Monitoring & checking of all types of expenditure.
∎ Responsible for day to day Secretarial Jobs at MD's desk.
∎ Drafting letter, memo, proposals, speech etc as per the instruction of the MD.
∎ Responsible for handling all travel arrangements (domestic and international) airline reservations, and rental car.
∎ Any other task assign by Managing Director.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Freshers are encouraged to apply.
∎ Computer literacy & English & Bangla typing skill is must.
∎ Honest, punctual, sincere, smart and able to work with minimum supervision, and critical environment.
∎ Should be able to handle stress, long office hours.
∎ Written and oral communication in English is preferable.
∎ Married is preferable
Salary: Negotiable
