• 1 to 3 years

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, English, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of professional writing or reporting experience preferred.
• Strong command of English and Bengali; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent research, interviewing, and fact-checking skills.
• Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with digital publishing tools (CMS, Google Workspace, basic video editing) is a plus.

• Conduct interviews with relevant stakeholders including the public, experts, and leaders.
• Monitor current events and global trends to develop timely, well-researched stories.
• Assist in creating multimedia content such as scripts, voiceovers, or social media content if required
