Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for the Japanese Program on Nursing & Caregiving.
∎ Take initiative to create a batch for the Japanese language program & conduct Japanese Language Training classes.
∎ Prepare a proposal for student program & caregiver employment in Japan.
∎ Participation in lesson planning, as well as other tasks required for a Training Institution.
∎ Teach Japanese manners and etiquette.
∎ Follow the course curriculum and help the students to make progress and complete the courses based on the curriculum within the course duration.
∎ Designing, organising, and delivering courses to meet the needs of all trainees.
∎ Keeping up-to-date with Communication tools and techniques based on the demand of international marketplaces.
∎ Create an immersive classroom environment where the teacher and students can use the Japanese language to communicate naturally.
∎ Promoting cultural exchange and cross-cultural understanding, and introducing Japanese customs and traditions.
∎ Enable students to achieve practical communication skills, as well as to equip them with the language skills that can be applied in a professional working environment.
∎ Stay up-to-date on current Japanese language teaching methodologies and best practices.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
