Additional Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in Japanese and good command over English/Bangla.
- Strong teaching, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to motivate students and create an interactive learning environment.
- Patience, dedication, and professionalism in teaching.Computer literacy (MS Office, MS Presentation, Google Classroom, Zoom/Online teaching tools) will be a plus.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Conduct Japanese language classes following a structured curriculum.
- Teach Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking with proper pronunciation and grammar.
- Prepare students for N5 & N4, JLPT/JFT A2 + SKILL TEST
- Prepare lesson plans, class materials, and teaching aids.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback and performance reports.
- Organize practice sessions, mock exams, and interactive language activities.
- Introduce students to Japanese culture, workplace manners, and social norms.
- Maintain proper discipline in the classroom and ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with academic coordinators and management for curriculum improvement.
- Interview practice+ Monitoring
- Japanese CV making and Correction.
