Experience:

• Bachelor/Honors

• JLPT N3 Certificate (mandatory); N2/N1 holders will get preference.

• Bachelor’s degree any Subject.

• Japanese Language, Literature, or related discipline will be an added advantage.

• Age 25 to 40 years

• Excellent communication skills in Japanese and good command over English/Bangla.Strong teaching, presentation, and mentoring skills.

• Ability to motivate students and create an interactive learning environment.

• Patience, dedication, and professionalism in teaching.

• Computer literacy (MS Office, MS Presentation, Google Classroom, Zoom/Online teaching tools) will be a plus.

REIWA IT AND CONSULTANCY is one of the growing institutions in Bangladesh providing Japanese Language & Career Development training. We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled Japanese Language Teachers (JLPT N3 or above) who can teach Japanese language effectively to students and help them prepare for higher studies, job opportunities, or migration to Japan.

The selected candidates must be passionate about teaching and capable of delivering structured lessons to ensure students gain proficiency in Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking in Japanese, along with knowledge about Japanese culture and workplace etiquette.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct Japanese language classes following a structured curriculum.

• Teach Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking with proper pronunciation and grammar.

• Prepare students for JLPT/JFT A2 + SKILL TEST

• Prepare lesson plans, class materials, and teaching aids.

• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback and performance reports.

• Organize practice sessions, mock exams, and interactive language activities.

• Introduce students to Japanese culture, workplace manners, and social norms.

• Maintain proper discipline in the classroom and ensure effective learning outcomes.

• Collaborate with academic coordinators and management for curriculum improvement.
