Job Context: Sanrin Nihongono Gakkou is a Japanese language and career development institute in Bangladesh. We provide Japanese language training, JLPT preparation, study abroad guidance, and career support for students and professionals aspiring to study or work in Japan.

We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled Japanese Language Instructors who are passionate about teaching and mentoring learners to achieve language proficiency and cultural understanding.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct Japanese language classes (Beginner to Advanced levels) following structured lesson plans.
• Prepare students for JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test) and other relevant exams.
• Develop teaching materials, exercises, and activities to make lessons interactive and engaging.
• Assess student performance through assignments, quizzes, and oral practice sessions.
• Maintain class discipline and ensure a positive learning environment.
• Support students with academic and language-related queries outside classroom hours if needed.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to improve course delivery.
• Keep updated with modern teaching methods, resources, and Japanese language trends.
