Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate between teacher, student & management
∎ Informing all kinds of updates to students and parents through phone calls and inquiring about absent students
∎ Invigilation in an exam room
∎ Ensure the security of the examination papers and completed response sheets, before, during and after the examination
∎ Do any other tasks given by the management
∎ Job Context:
∎ We are looking for some honest, qualified & non-smoker Contractual team members (Full-time/Part-time) who will be invigilation in the exam room in our institute and coordinate between teachers, students and management.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate between teacher, student & management
∎ Informing all kinds of updates to students and parents through phone calls and inquiring about absent students
∎ Invigilation in an exam room
∎ Ensure the security of the examination papers and completed response sheets, before, during and after the examination
∎ Do any other tasks given by the management
