Job Context:
∎ Times Global Consultancy is a leading and reputed organization as a student consultancy firm in Bangladesh, and Times Global Consultancy is in need for some Student Counselors and Admission Experts, who are professionals, hardworking, dynamic energetic, quick learner, smart male and female for the position of Senior / Junior Student Counselor.
∎ Candidate must have to be very punctual about time, if he/she is not care about time please do not disturb us by sending job application.
∎ Duty time: Saturday - Thursday (09:00 am - 06:00 pm)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Counselling students on their higher education options in abroad. Assisting the students with the application process.
∎ Responsibilities of achieving the students file open. Process documents related to student visa.
∎ Maintain communication with the respective counselors.
∎ Communicate with students and collect their required documents for visa application. Review and verify if documents sent by students are in the right order.
∎ Maintain records of the student's documentation. Update daily processing work activities to admin or MD.
∎ Communicate with clients face to face or over the phone regarding their application step. Candidates Must have proper knowledge to collect and arrange the proper documents for student's visa processing.
∎ Candidates must be cordial and friendly to the students and adept to talk. Must be fluent in Bengali & English.
∎ Must be experienced in counseling clients on all types of student visas, tourist visas, work permits visas, and immigration visas.
∎ Must be proficient in phone and face-to-face communication with clients.
∎ Must have knowledge of necessary visa file processing, file mitigating, and computer file record keeping
∎ Other duties as assigned.

∎ Age 18 to 32 years
