Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Center
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Telesales /Telemarketing/ Appointment setting for USA/Canada market.
∎ Manage large amounts of outbound calls to USA/ Canada customers in a timely manner.
∎ Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics.
∎ Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
∎ Receiving customers enquirers, selling services/ products over telephone as per the instruction provided.
∎ Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
∎ Meet personal/ team qualitative and quantitative targets

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 27 years
∎ Must Be Excellent in English Speaking.
∎ Able to work at night shift.
∎ Experienced in MCA, Janitorial, Air duct campaigns will get preference

∎ Negotiable
∎ Hourly Based On time Payments
