∎ Candidate with Completed Chartered Accountancy course will get preference.
∎ Candidates should not any third class or CGPA below 2.5 in any academic examination.;

∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ We are looking for dynamic, result oriented and self motivated candidates for sustainable business growth of the organization.
∎ Provide risk-based and objective assurance, advice and insight of the company. Drive for checking the documentations and activities of Investment Account Opening, Securities Trading, Margin Financing, Investment and Business Operations to make error free deliverables.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years working experience in similar job in any reputed Bank/ Financial Instituting/ Brokerage house/Merchant Bank.
∎ Must be capable of preparing audit plan, organizing and carrying out routine and special internal audits;
∎ Sound knowledge in developing policies and guidelines for smooth operations to achieve business objectives;
∎ Ability to implement the Core Risk Management guidelines to ensure that the Company complies with sound internal auditing principles and best practices;
∎ Rectification of the lapses/errors, if any, identified by Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC)/ other regulatory bodies/ External Audit;
∎ Well conversant with rules and regulations of Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC), Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), Securities Laws and related BSEC Guidelines;
∎ Sound knowledge of core risks of financial institutions e.g. Margin Loan Risk, Investment Risk, Asset Liability Management Risk, Money Laundering Risk, ICC Risk and ICT Risk etc.
∎ Leadership skills, Team Building Skills, Self Starter, Proven Performer;
∎ Excellent Communication, Presentation and Interpersonal Skills;
∎ Strong Negotiation, Organizational and Problem Solving Skills;
∎ Must be target oriented with a focus to perform;
∎ Team player;
∎ Must be fluent in spoken and written English;
∎ Computer literate.
