Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead audits across various departments to assess risks, internal controls, and compliance with policies.
∎ Analyze existing processes, identifying gaps or potential risk areas, and recommending improvements.
∎ Support to developing and executing audit strategies and frameworks.
∎ Collaborate with internal stakeholders, providing guidance on audit findings and assisting in corrective action plans.
∎ Prepare and present audit reports to senior management and other key stakeholders.
∎ Monitor follow-up actions from audits to ensure that risks are effectively mitigated.
∎ Initiate and conduct training programs to enhance risk awareness across the organization.
∎ The Internal Audit Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing audits to ensure the organization's operations, processes, and controls are compliant with internal and external standards. This role involves identifying risks, developing audit plans, and working closely with the audit team to provide comprehensive assessments. The manager will support internal stakeholders in implementing corrective actions, ensuring that effective controls are in place to prevent financial and operational risks.
