Education:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

• Current enrollment or recent graduation in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.

• Age At most 25 years

• Strong interest in marketing, sales, and brand building, coupled with a professional drive.
• Basic knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with marketing tools (e.g., CRM software) is a plus.
• High energy, commitment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of or interest in golf and sports marketing is an advantage.

Core Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies.
• Assist with daily marketing activities, including campaign coordination and management.
• Conduct market research to identify advertising opportunities and customer needs.
• Manage social media platforms by creating engaging content to increase interaction and audience reach.
• Collaborate on promotional events and campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
• Help prepare sales presentations and marketing materials.
• Track, analyze, and compile marketing data to refine strategies.
