Education:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance & Banking, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting

∎ Age 23 to 28 years
∎ Understanding on billing, revenue assurance and financial management.
∎ Previous experience in Telecom Carrier field would be an added advantage.
∎ Sound knowledge on database and MS-Office applications with an emphasis on MS-Excel.
∎ Very good analytical skill and out of the box thinking ability.
∎ Very good team approach and strong interpersonal skills.
∎ Very good integrative thinking skills and ability to drive problems through a solution.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Regular monitoring of commercial finance and revenue assurance functions.
∎ Regular monitoring of KPI dashboard reporting of revenue operations.
∎ Wholesale interconnect revenue settlements with national and international operators.
∎ Process customer payments and invoices in a timely manner.
∎ Assisting in periodic account reconciliations activities.
∎ Oversee billings, AR / AP, credit adjustments, credit controls and refunds on periodic basis.
∎ Regulatory and compliance reporting, vetting interconnect agreements on financial scope.
∎ Perform revenue analysis, calculations and reporting on monthly basis.
∎ Work with cross-functional teams in resolving financial and revenue related issues.
∎ Develop new strategies to improve accuracy and timeliness of revenue management.
∎ Determine monthly revenue forecast and identify revenue opportunities.
∎ Determine and review revenue numbers with management on monthly basis.
∎ Develop internal finance controls and compliance based on industry best practices.
∎ Develop revenue recognition policies and revenue generation standards.
∎ Review vendor rates and charges, implement corrective measures to prevent error and fraud.
∎ Managing and resolution of billing disputes with carriers in accordance with company policies.
∎ Assessment of credit risk management for potential interconnections as per credit policies.
∎ Coordinating debt collection activities as per company policies and procedures.
