Responsibilities & Context:
- Customer service: Answer customer inquiries, handle complaints, and provide basic customer support.
- Content Creation: Writing and editing content for various channels, including social media, email, and website. Creating visual content such as graphics and presentations.
- Social Media Management: Creating and scheduling social media posts. Monitoring social media platforms for trends and engagement.
- Administrative Support: Assisting with daily administrative tasks such as data entry and report generation. Managing and updating databases and CRM systems.
