- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Canva or Figma is a plus.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Basic knowledge of social media creatives, branding, and digital marketing requirements.
- Ability to take feedback positively and adapt designs accordingly.
- A portfolio showcasing your best design work.
Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing graphics for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and other digital/print materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content team to develop creative concepts.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.
- Edit images, create infographics, and design layouts for presentations, brochures, banners, etc.
- Stay updated on design trends and tools to bring innovation to the team.
- Manage multiple design projects and deliver within deadlines.
