Responsibilities & Context:

Fiber@Home Group (Cynical Ltd.) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our Bid Documents/Tender Preparation and Business Development team. This role is designed for fresh graduates or entry-level professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in tender documentation, business development strategies, and client engagement. We are committed to providing the necessary training and resources to ensure your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Tender and Bid Document Preparation:

  • Assist in drafting and compiling comprehensive tender and bid documents.
  • Ensure timely submission while adhering to client guidelines and specifications.
  • (Comprehensive training will be provided.)

Customer Engagement:

  • Conduct cold calls to potential customers, introducing and promoting company services.
  • Present business development proposals and capabilities during client meetings.

Market Expansion:

  • Identify and explore opportunities across various market segments.
  • Develop insights to support strategic market positioning.

Administrative Support:

  • Utilize MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain efficiency in high-pressure situations and meet strict deadlines.
