Responsibilities & Context: Fiber@Home Group (Cynical Ltd.) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our Bid Documents/Tender Preparation and Business Development team. This role is designed for fresh graduates or entry-level professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in tender documentation, business development strategies, and client engagement. We are committed to providing the necessary training and resources to ensure your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Tender and Bid Document Preparation:
- Assist in drafting and compiling comprehensive tender and bid documents.
- Ensure timely submission while adhering to client guidelines and specifications.
- (Comprehensive training will be provided.)
Customer Engagement:
- Conduct cold calls to potential customers, introducing and promoting company services.
- Present business development proposals and capabilities during client meetings.
Market Expansion:
- Identify and explore opportunities across various market segments.
- Develop insights to support strategic market positioning.
Administrative Support:
- Utilize MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain efficiency in high-pressure situations and meet strict deadlines.
