• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Interior Design/Architecture/Business preferred).

• Age 22 to 32 years
• Only Male

• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in Interior Project Operation and/or Interior Sales.
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
• Interior Operation / Project Execution
• Interior Sales / Business Development
• Proficiency in AutoCAD & MS Office.
• Strong communication & negotiation skills in Bangla & English.
• Ability to handle clients independently and achieve targets.
• Must be honest, responsible, and result-oriented.

Job Context / Overview:

Shobchai Limited is looking for dynamic and skilled professionals to join our Interior team. The candidate will be responsible for both project operation (supervision, costing, quality control) and sales (client communication, proposal, and achieving targets). This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strong business development skills.

Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Friday Off)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise interior projects including site visits, vendor & worker coordination.
• Ensure project quality, costing, billing, and timely completion.
• Maintain daily project progress reports and update management.
• Identify new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and conduct client presentations.
• Negotiate with clients and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate between sales and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Conduct market analysis and identify interior business opportunities
