• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture

• Graduation in Architecture or Interior Design from reputed Universities / Institutions.

• 4 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Interior Design

• 4 to 7 years experience in Interior Design.

• Good creative and interpersonal skills.

• Experienced in dealing with vendors/contractors / workers in the trade.

• Good Knowledge of fabrication & installation processes / sequences.

• Sound Knowledge on 2D & 3D Software like Sketchup, AutoCad, 3DS MAX, Lumion, V-ray Illustration, Photoshop etc.

Asset Developments & Holdings Ltd, a steadily growing Company constructing high quality homes and a recognized leader in the housing industry of Bangladesh is looking for some Interior Designers to undertake projects and works involving extensive conceptual development, designing, managing and execution of interior works.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Developing functional, appealing and appropriate concepts and designs for the assigned spaces / projects.

• Comprehending customer requirements and translating into tentative plans.

• Considering material selections according to budgets / estimations of works.

• Preparing working drawings, designs, plans, models using appropriate software.

• Working closely with Contractors, Vendors, Supervisors & Team Members.

• Supervising/Implementing Interior assignments/projects.
