Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget to develop a design concept that aligns with their vision.
∎ Space Planning: Create detailed plans and layouts that maximize the functionality and aesthetics of the space.
∎ Design Development: Develop design ideas and concepts, including mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings.
∎ Material Selection: Choose appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories that meet the project requirements and client preferences.
∎ Budget Management: Prepare project estimates, manage budgets, and ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
∎ Collaboration: Work closely with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of design plans.
