∎ জীবন বীমা কর্পোরেশন একটি সরকারী প্রতিষ্ঠান যা সরাসরি বাংলাদেশের অর্থ মন্ত্রণালয় এর মাধ্যমে পরিচালিত হয়। প্রতিষ্ঠালগ্ন থেকে জীবন বীমা কর্পোরেশন উহার ব্যবসায়িক কর্মকান্ডের মাধ্যমে দেশের উন্নয়নমূলক কার্যক্রম দ্বারা অভ্যন্তরীণ পুঁজি সংগ্রহ ও জনসাধারণের সচেতনতা বৃদ্ধিতে প্রশংসনীয় ভূমিকা পালন করে আসছে। এর মূল উদ্দেশ্য হলঃ
∎ (১)সাশ্রয়ী মূল্যে জীবন বীমার সুফল জনগণের কাছে পৌঁছে দেয়া।
∎ (২)দেশের অর্থনৈতিক উন্নয়নে মূলধন সৃষ্টির লক্ষ্যে বিভিন্ন স্কিমের মাধ্যমে সঞ্চয়ের গতিশীলতা তৈরী করা।
∎ (৩)স্বল্প মূল্যে সর্বোচ্চ সুবিধা প্রদানের সুযোগ সৃষ্টি।
∎ (৪) সচেতনতার মাধ্যমে জনগণের মধ্যে সঞ্চয়ের অভ্যাসের মনোভাব তৈরী করা।
∎ (৫)সকল পেশার লোকের জন্য উপর্যুক্ত স্কিম প্রবর্তন করা।

∎ Repwoop, as an agent of জীবন বীমা কর্পোরেশন, is looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Insurance Sales Officer. The primary responsibility is to promote life insurance products and bring in at least one new client per month. In addition to the base salary, successful agents will earn a generous commission based on performance.

∎ #Key Responsibilities:
∎ -Promote insurance & life insurance policies.
∎ -Identify potential clients and manage relationships.
∎ -Meet the monthly target of signing up at least one new client.
∎ -Educate clients about the benefits of life insurance.-Provide excellent customer service.
∎
∎ #Requirements:
∎ -Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ -Ability to meet monthly sales targets.
∎ -Sales experience (preferred but not mandatory).
∎ -Enthusiasm and motivation to work in the insurance sector.
∎ -Basic understanding of insurance products are a plus.
∎
∎ #Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ -Work on PC/Mobile in Office.
∎ -Training from government officer directly.
∎ -Salary during probation period: BDT 8000 + sales commission
