• JAPANESE LANGUAGE COURSE TEACHER NEEDED

• Student Development and Discipline

Conduct engaging and interactive language classes.

Assist students in improving speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.

Prepare students for Japanese language proficiency tests.

• Provide regular feedback and monitor student progress.

• Organize language workshops, cultural exchange sessions, and practical learning activities.

• Collaborate with the academic team for curriculum development and improvement.

• Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.

• Teach N5 and N4 level Japanese language classes

• Monitor student progress and outcomes; ensure all students pass the N5 Examination and take the JFT test

• Provide academic guidance and support

• Enforce discipline policies (rules, manners, and time maintenance) and maintain a conducive learning environment

• Manage student exams including NAT, JFT, SKILL TEST, and JLPT registration

Administrative Duties

• Schedule classes and manage instructor assignments (including attendance, test results, and related documentation)

• Coordinate with school administration on policies and goals Communication and Liaison

• Serve as a liaison between instructors, the supervisor, and the counterpart organization

• Engage with parents or guardians regarding student performance if needed

• Represent the instructional team in meetings or public events
