∎ Diploma in Civil
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capability to prepare Lesson plan/Hand out/Session plan /Job Sheet
∎ Good knowledge in 360 hours course (Basic Short Course, BTEB)
∎ To prepare and maintain documents related to NSDA/BTEB as per requirement.
∎ Make sure that Instructor take classes properly, regularly, and timely
∎ Maintain all Registers (Attendance Register, Record Register, Lesson Plan Register, Notice Register, etc.)
∎ Counsel to the Guardians/ Parents as and when required
∎ To support implementation of RPL & CBTA.
∎ To teach the students as per academic schedules and curriculum/CS.
∎ To develop lesson plan and workshop/laboratory instruction sheet.
∎ To associate the students with the co-curricular activities.
∎ To assist in admission of students.
∎ To maintain students profile and examination records.
∎ To assist in preparing departmental budget (if any).
∎ To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as and when required and assigned by the authority/center-manager/departmental head.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ For Diploma Holders Candidate 3 (Five) years Job experience from any reputed institution. CBT & A certified candidates are more preferable. Must have depth knowledge in following areas: Provide Pedagogy Training as per CBT & A method, Complete Training & Assessor Part, NTVQF Skill Level-I in Masonry or NTVQF Skill Level-I in Rod Binding.
∎ Proficient in MS Office package, Excellent Communication skills both in English and Bangla.
