∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): IELTS Instructor, PTE INSTRUCTOR
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Context:
∎ Candidates with English language Training IELTS/ PTE background will be preferred (Minimum, each band 8 in IELTS and each band 79 in PTE)
∎ Should know about e-Learning/ online education
∎ Should have good presentation skills and be familiar with audio-visual media
∎ Should have a pleasant personality and excellent communication skills in English and Bengali
∎ Should have the teaching skill to retain the interest of learners in online/ offline classes
∎ Should have online communication skills in an effective manner with students of all ages and social backgrounds

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To teach IELTS/ TOEFL/ PTE/ DUOLINGO, including spoken English, to the students as per set schedule(s)
∎ To make teaching plans/ lesson plans for IELTS/ TOEFL/ PTE/ DUOLINGO program(s)
∎ To prepare and set placement test(s), class test(s), examination/ mock paper(s) for IELTS/ TOEFL/ PTE/ DUOLINGO
∎ To survey students' performance continuously and suggest ways of improvement
∎ To provide appropriate and timely feedback to the students
∎ To assist in basic administration, such as keeping student registers and attendance records
∎ To serve as an advisor for teachers, parents, administrators, management boards, and government officials
∎ To assess, evaluate and suggest education standards and classroom policies, as well as grading policies and testing policies
∎ To assess, evaluate and indicate the effectiveness of current academic systems/ curriculum and implement changes to the curriculum
∎ To regularly improve the current academic systems/ curriculum educational quality and help implement the new/ revised academic systems/ curriculum
∎ To design new training programs and offer teacher training workshops on IELTS/ TOEFL/ PTE/ DUOLINGO
∎ To recommend and integrate different/ latest educational materials on IELTS/ TOEFL/ PTE/ DUOLINGO in the current academic systems/ curriculum
∎ To implement and guide usage of new technologies to new teachers/ instructors on IELTS/ TOEFL/ PTE/ DUOLINGO
∎ To assist and supervise online education for IELTS/ TOEFL/ PTE/ DUOLINGO
∎ To match special-needs students to appropriate learning environments, such as special education programs
∎ To meet with management and teachers/ instructors to discuss schedules and budgets
∎ To assist in creating an annual and 2-year plan as per defined finance templates for existing test center(s) as well as make plans for opening new center(s)
∎ To assist in implementing a plan to deliver the annual program of work based on required performance standards
∎ To forecast and plan - gather and analyze market intelligence to develop student numbers
∎ To assist in the day-to-day and test-day operations
∎ To help with the implementation of new test-center opportunities and opening of any approved test centers as per schedule
∎ To coordinate with new test-center(s) and administrator(s) training
