Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma / B.Sc in Engineering in related technology/ program or Bachelor/ Master in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Bangla, English, Sociology & Management
∎ Diploma or B.Sc in Electrical, Computer, Civil and Mechanical Engineering
∎ Diploma or B.Sc in Textile & GDPM
∎ Relations Subjects - Bachelor / Master in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Bangla, English, Sociology & Management.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Teaching, Learning and General
∎ Conduct weekly 22 to 26 hours workload as lectures and tutorials
∎ Lesson plan or course outline preparation and get them approved by HOD
∎ Conduct practical and workshop courses
∎ Question preparation, evaluate answer scripts and publish result
∎ Quiz, class test and viva
∎ Class routine preparation and invigilation during midterm and semester final exam
∎ Guide LAB demonstrator and LAB manual preparation
∎ Develop and apply innovative teaching approaches and materials to enable learning and enthuse students. Apply digital methodologies for class conduction
∎ Prepare grade sheet, student database and maintain good relations with students
∎ Assist the Head of the Department (HOD) and Coordinator
∎ Report to the Head of the Department (HOD) on daily basis before leaving the campus and update the deliverables assigned by the Head & Coordinator in email as frequent
∎ Curriculum development for short courses or lifelong skills
∎ Conduct classes for short courses or lifelong skills and ensure proper assessment with certificate award
∎ Daily time reporting in portal
∎ Escalate issues in proper channel
∎ Chain of command maintenance
∎ Proactive participation in different programs
∎ Assist Vice Principal for any activities
∎ Any other duties/work assigned from time to time
∎ Student Counseling and Financial Matters
∎ Act as guide teacher for multiple batches
∎ One to one counseling
∎ Keep relation with parents or guardians and update them time to time about students activities
∎ Arrange parents meeting
∎ Spare an hour daily for student counseling
∎ Assist institution for revenue collection
∎ Motivate students for regular payment
∎ Ensure that students are following institutional code of conduct strictly
∎ Supervise co-curricular and extra-curricular activities
∎ Industry Visit, Attachment and Job Placement
∎ Keep liaise with industries and find the prospective companies
∎ Arrange industrial visit and in-house seminar or lectures by resource person
∎ Ensure industrial attachment for students
∎ Supervise industrial report
∎ Work on industrial problems and projects
∎ Assist students to get jobs through CPP cell
∎ Admission
∎ School visit individually and arrange seminar in group with a view to collecting data
∎ Keep good relations with school teachers and motivate them for students supply
∎ Training to outdoor associates and follow up regularly
∎ Phone counseling to prospective students and generate report
∎ Physical counseling to prospective students or visitors and generate report
∎ Take admission if required
∎ Proactive participation in admission activities
∎ Assist institution by providing students by own source.
