∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Ability to interact professionally with Hijra & marginalized population.
∎ Ability to exercise flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
∎ Ability to communicate effectively both written and oral
∎ Demonstrate organization and project management skills Ability to plan, evaluate and meet deadlines
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan and implement program activities in consultation with Inclusion Lead
∎ Conduct research and provide recommendation on inclusion issues of Hijra and marginalized population
∎ Organize, assist and manage the soft skills trainings as per the program design
∎ Regular follow-up with the 4 HUB based trainers cum community mobilizer and learners
∎ Create and implement the Hijra and marginalized population inclusion plans as designed in the program
∎ Provide leadership and strategic support their inclusion as designed in the program
∎ Support the implementation of the program align to its vision, mission and strategy from Bandhu’s part
∎ Consultation with program partners for Hijra and marginalized population inclusion and organize training as per the program design
∎ Support yearly planning processes and implementation strategy of the program activities
∎ Support in representing BANDHU to other program partners and stakeholders
∎ Support the program in periodic Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (PMEL) in liaison with other team members
∎ Ensure necessary cooperation and support among other program partners and relevant stakeholders
∎ Support in preparing progress reports, event reports and presentations for the program for management, program partners, concerned donors and other stakeholders and ensure timely submission
∎ Assist concern body to review and evaluate program status and act accordingly to meet the goals
∎ Ensure the learnings derived from each activity is well documented and shared16. Ensure timely and appropriate action in designing, planning and implementing related work and campaigns.
∎ Prepare monthly work plan take initiative for implement the activities18. Maintain training data and information of the program by Training Management Information System (TMIS)
∎ Support in organizing meetings/rallies or observing any events as per program activities
∎ Maintain proper records and documentation and contribute to the promotion of the program by-
∎ a. Developing program briefs/IEC / BCC materials as per need (i.e. Booklet, leaflet, poster, sticker etc.)
∎ b. Contributing in managing articles/ writing for Newsletter or program event report or any kinds of publications and publish as well as disseminate accordingly
∎ Organize and support in networking meeting with Hijra and marginalized youth community and other program partners
∎ Assist other assignments as and when required by the management/concern authority
