Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide leadership and strategic support to SOGIESC inclusion as designed in the program
∎ Conduct oversight and management of implementation of the program from Bandhu’s part
∎ Make strategic and operational planning for SOGIESC inclusion to the program
∎ Directly manage the Inclusion Officer, Learner Mobilizer and Trainer of the program from BANDHU
∎ Consultation with other partners of the project for SOGIESC inclusion and organize training as per the program design
∎ Coordinate the implementation of project align to its vision, mission and strategy.
∎ Coordinate yearly planning processes and implementation strategy of the program activities
∎ Represent BANDHU as an inclusion partner of the program to other program partners and stakeholders
∎ Support the program in periodic Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (PMEL) in liaison with other team members and program partners
∎ Ensure necessary cooperation and support among other program partners and relevant stakeholders
∎ Prepare progress reports, event reports and presentations for the program for management, program partners, concerned donors and other stakeholders and ensure timely submission
∎ Assist concern body to review and evaluate program status and act accordingly to meet the goals
∎ Ensure the learnings derived from each activity is well documented and shared
∎ Ensure timely and appropriate action in designing, planning and implementing related work and campaigns.
∎ Prepare monthly work plan take initiative for implement the activities as per the approved work plan of the program.
∎ Coordinate in organizing meetings/rallies or observing any events as per program activities
∎ Maintain proper records and documentation and contribute to the promotion of advocacy by-
∎ a. Developing program briefs/IEC / BCC materials as per need (i.e. Booklet, leaflet, poster, sticker etc.)
∎ b. Contribute in managing articles/ writing for Newsletter or program event report or any kinds of publications and publish as well as disseminate accordingly
∎ Organize networking meeting with SOGIESC youth community and other program partners
∎ Assist concern body to review and evaluate program status and act accordingly to meet the goal
∎ Coordinate with other programme/project colleagues of the organization.
∎ Assist other assignments as and when required by the management/concern authority.
∎ The incumbent will also be responsible for performing any special duty given by the higher authority as and when necessary for the interest of the organization.

∎ Ability to exercise flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
∎ Ability to communicate effectively both written and oral
∎ Demonstrate organization and project management skills
∎ Ability to plan, evaluate and meet deadlines

Salary: Tk. 63358 (Monthly)
