Responsibilities & Context:
Apply to the bank for opening and processing Letters of Credit (L/C).
Verify, and organize all import-related documents.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all submitted and received documents.
Maintain daily records and documentation systematically on the computer.
Communicate and coordinate with banks and relevant departments for timely follow-up.
Keep all official files, reports, and records updated and well-organized.
Send professional emails, and assist in resolving issues with exporters in English
