Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduates from Bachelor/Master of Arts in English having 75% and above
∎ IELTS overall score of minimum 8.0 and above with no band less than 7.5. Reading score must be 8.0

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The post holder will be involved in running the IELTS Centre, preparing the IELTS teaching program, lectures and exams and providing the correct guidance and feedback to the students to enhance their English. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in teaching the students, must be highly motivated to develop the career of the students, and result-orientated.
∎ Job Responsibilities
∎ Teaching IELTS including spoken English to the students
∎ Making teaching plans for the IELTS Program
∎ Managing the class; preparing the lessons to be delivered to the students
∎ Preparing and setting tests, examination papers, and exercises
∎ Marking and providing appropriate feedback to the students
∎ Must be able to build good relations with students and work with multiple needs of students
∎ Basic administration, such as keeping student registers and attendance records Organizing and coordinating seminars, workshops, fairs and promotional activities

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 3 to 5 years of Work Experience in Teaching IELTS. Experience in teaching PTE, TOEFL GRE, GMAT will be added advantage
∎ 1 to 2 years of Work Experience in Overseas Education preferable
∎ The applicants having experience in education consulting, university and visa applications will be an added advantage.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
∎ Should be a quick learner and should be able to multi task.
∎ Good team player within a target-driven environment.
∎ PREFERRED SKILLS
∎ Having good Interpersonal, Team and Analytical skills.
∎ Should be able to work independently or part of the team with minimal guidance or supervision
∎ Should be flexible and adaptive to the work environment, goal oriented and ability to achieve given targets.

Salary:
∎ Salary as per company policy. Negotiable for exceptional candidates
