∎ SSC and HSC pass with grade point 3.0 and above. Preferred: Diploma or higher

Job Context:
∎ Job Brief:
∎ Greet, welcome and direct visitors appropriately, manage all incoming and outgoing communication and be the first point of contact for all stakeholders.
∎ Job Location : Dhaka - will require visits to local and international institutions

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Welcome visitors by greeting them and guide them to their next course of action
∎ Answer phone calls and online inquiries in a professional manner and follow up as per need
∎ Direct any inquiries/messages to the appropriate team personnel
∎ Input student information and employee feedback information in the system
∎ Be responsible for handling, verifying and accepting any documentation and packages that come into the office
∎ Attend and assist in arranging education fairs, seminars, workshops as per required =
∎ Coordinate and assist any other team member as per need
∎ Any other responsibilities delegated by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 years of experience. Preferred: Experience working in overseas education, call centre, hotels etc.
∎ Must be good at handling computer operations and email writing
∎ Must be fluent in Bengali and English and be able to multitask
∎ Be smart, professional, courteous and handle large volumes of inquires in person at the same time

Salary: Tk. 8000 - 12000 (Monthly)
