Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and mentor a team of IELTS trainers, providing guidance and support to enhance their teaching effectiveness.
∎ Develop and implement comprehensive IELTS training programs and materials.
∎ Monitor and evaluate the performance of IELTS trainers, providing constructive feedback and professional development opportunities.
∎ Stay updated with the latest IELTS exam formats and changes to ensure training relevance and effectiveness.
∎ Collaborate with the management team to set goals, strategies, and standards for the IELTS program.
∎ Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for both trainers and students as needed.
∎ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
∎ Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in IELTS teaching, with a strong track record of successful student outcomes.
∎ High IELTS score and in-depth knowledge of IELTS exam formats and assessment criteria.
∎ Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
∎ Certification in IELTS teaching or related qualifications is a plus.
