Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor's degree in CSE or CHE or Computer Application major preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing IT support across three campuses, the support would include networking, hardware and software related issues that may arise.
∎ Providing IT support over the phone, online or in-person; depending on the requirement.
∎ Responding to the service issues and requests in a prompt and timely manner.
∎ Assisting the IT manager in designing and implementing networking solutions on the campuses.
∎ Helping with the procurement process of IT devices.
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners across the campuses.
∎ To introduce new staff to the IT systems of GIS, setting up their user and email accounts.
∎ Writing IT audit reports on the quality of systems and suggesting upgrades as required.
∎ Carrying out tests on new devices before implementing them in the organisation.
∎ Diagnosing and solving hardware and software in the house before escalating to third party support.
∎ Managing stock of equipment, printer & copier cartridges and other supplies related to the IT department.
∎ Organize and file documentation on warranties and instructional guides for computer hardware. Maintaining log regarding software licenses and renew as per requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be have sound knowledge in IT Hardware and Software
∎ Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems
∎ Knowledge of GSuite admin system desirable
∎ Attention to detail
∎ Excellent communication in English (near native)
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 40000 (Monthly)
