Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greeting Guest Responding to their concerns or question. Sweeping, Vacuuming and mopping floors regularly.
∎ Dusting And polishing furniture and others items in the room. Maintaining a Clean stocked and organized housekeeping. Laundry Boy:
∎ Washing: Washing, cleaning, drying, and pressing laundry items
∎ Sorting: Sorting laundry by color and material
∎ Folding: Folding laundry items
∎ Removing stains: Removing stains from items
∎ Minoring sewing: Performing minor sewing duties
∎ Maintaining: Maintaining the cleanliness of the laundry room and performing maintenance on laundry equipment
∎ Providing customer service: Providing excellent customer service by washing, drying, folding, pressing, and delivering laundry in a timely manner
∎ Providing inventory: Assisting in conducting periodic inventories of linen and uniforms
∎ Providing instructions: Assisting customers with obtaining laundry carts or baskets and instructions on where to return them once finished
∎ Loading and unloading: Loading and unloading laundry into and out of washing machines and driers
∎ Setting specifications: Setting the specifications for each load based on the time, treatment, and fabric
