Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee cleaning staff and their activities daily basis.
∎ Inspect and evaluate housekeeping activities, Maintenance & House Keeping to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
∎ Monitor and maintain of housekeeping supplies stock to ensure adequate housekeeping supplies are available to use.
∎ Train housekeepers or cleaning staff on cleanliness, tidiness, hygiene and safety tasks.
∎ Time to time check office areas, production floors, guest houses, stairways, lobby areas and other areas for cleanliness and safety.·
∎ Schedule/plan shifts or areas and arrange for replacements in cases of absence/Leave.
∎ Establish and educate cleaning staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards.
∎ Motivate team members and resolve problems/any issues that occur on the job.
∎ Respond to housekeeping complaints from respective sections and special requests.
∎ Participate in special cleaning programs as required.
∎ Periodically work on pest control and arrange to remove all production floor wastage timely·
∎ Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and OSHAS requirements.
∎ 100% export oriented garments manufacturing factory is looking for a housekeeping professional for production floor and residence of Top Management.
