∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Science, or any equivalent subject from a recognized institution
∎ Master’s degree will be preferred.
∎ B.Ed. / M.Ed. or any formal teaching training will be considered an advantage.

∎ Minimum 4 years of teaching experience.
∎ Experience working with underprivileged and orphaned children will be given preference.
∎ Prior experience in hostel/residential education settings will be an added advantage
∎ Basic knowledge of child psychology, classroom management and multi-grade teaching methods.
∎ Capable of supervising homework and managing daily student routines.
∎ Skilled in interacting positively and empathetically with students.
∎ Must be patient, disciplined and responsible.
∎ Committed to child safety and development.
∎ Basic knowledge of first aid and hostel safety measures.
∎ Capable of managing hostel operations and supervising students effectively.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure discipline, cleanliness and safety within the hostel premises.
∎ Supervise students' daily activities in the residential environment.
∎ Maintain registers for attendance, leave and discipline.
∎ Address student complaints and provide emotional support.
∎ Maintain regular communication with parents, teachers and school management.
∎ Monitor meal times, prayer, study sessions and recreational activities.
∎ Implement child safeguarding policies effectively.
∎ Report and document any untoward incidents or behavioral issues.
∎ Serve as a role model in behavior, dress and practice.
∎ Coordinate with hostel staff to maintain ethical education and discipline.

∎ Muslim Hands School of Excellence, Sylhet, part of our Education Programme is currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Hostel Supervisor to ensure the well-being, discipline and safety of students residing in the hostel. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of responsibility, empathy and leadership in managing hostel operations and supporting students' residential life, Education and personal development.
