Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline desirable
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working closely with the Campus Administrators and School Management Team:
∎ Line Management of Domestic Helpers: ensuring that teachers apartments are cleaned to a high standard and teachers are receiving a good level of service regarding childcare and cooking.
∎ Review of cleaning materials used and cleaning techniques.
∎ Training of Domestic Helpers and School Ayahs to ensure that they understand the latest cleaning techniques and standards.
∎ Training of Domestic Helpers and School Ayahs to ensure that they understand hygiene requirements in relation to food preparation.
∎ Cleaning material stock management
∎ Conducting cleaning assessments for all staff with cleaning responsibilities.
∎ Sickness Absence management for all staff including:
∎ Maintaining records of sickness absence
∎ Risk assessment of the sickness and actions to be taken
∎ Ensuring pastoral care provided
∎ Ensuring staff access health insurance benefits as required
∎ Completing insurance claim paperwork for all staff
∎ Processing OPD claims
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 55 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2 years' line management experience
∎ Practical cleaning experience
∎ Foreigner cleaning expectations
∎ Knowledge of available cleaning materials and effective cleaning techniques
∎ Basic medical understanding e.g. sickness absence duration based on condition.
∎ Western cooking - desirable
∎ Bangla typing - desirable
∎ Computer knowledge: Excel, Word, Internet, Email and Bangla typing - desirable
∎ Personal Specification:
∎ Attention to detail
∎ Interest in cleaning and cleaning techniques
∎ Ability to motivate staff
∎ Excellent communication in English and Bangla
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
