• Masters
• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed)
• Master of Education (M.Ed)
• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Bachelor/Honors

• Only 1st division in SSC/HSC and 2nd division in BA/Honors/Masters are required to apply.

• B.Ed/M.Ed Degree is mandatory.

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): School

• Age At most 50 years

• Age criteria may be relaxed for highly qualified and experienced candidates.
• A minimum 10 years of teaching experience is required, including at least 5 years as a Headmaster in any reputed high school.

• Provide overall leadership to school and its staff.

• Implement school policies and procedure as per education board/government guidelines.

• Supervise curriculum implementation and teaching standards.

• Monitor students progress and implement strategies to improve performance.

• Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.

• Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student performance and school activities.

• Oversee school budgets and ensure effective use of resources.

• Supervise maintenance of school facilities and infrastructure.

• Ensure a clean and healthy environment for both students and teachers in the school.
